Default Need Help With Paintjob

I have these little bumps on my back bumper that I have just noticed are alot of and was wondering what I should do. The bodyshop had it for 3weeks and I just got my Z back and noticed them more then the one or two he showed me. I wonder if I should take it back for him to sand down and go back over. THe only thing is I did only spend $1000 bucks to get it painted there, which I would have spent more if he had charged me it. I wonder if he only charged me $1000 because he knew thats all the paint job was worth. Also, on the front bumper, since it is poly it looks like there is a spot on the front bumper where it looks like a dent but it not it is probably just a cease that he did not notice until painted. You can't really tell unless at certain exact angle. It sucks nothing ever comes out perfect for me when it comes to a paint job. Is there a such thing as a perfect paint job or is that too much too ask for these days. I would have spent $1900 for it if he had done it right and spotless. I mean my car still looks hot but I don't know now if it gots what it takes to win any shows.
