Installed the MOMO auto shift **** and found the directions weren't much help. Also found the adapters included weren't up to snuff for my 2k5 Z. As a workaround... picked up two nylon spacers from Home Depot for < $1. One spacer placed on the tip of the green rod (after removing stock ****) and another at the base of the MOMO ****.

First the smaller nylon spacer was inserted into the MOMO ****. The spacer diameter was chosen just less than the diamter of the MOMO **** chamber to allow it to move freely. Second a larger nylon spacer was placed at the base of the MOMO ****. A little filing and I was able to hammer the spacer in place for a tight fit at the base. Installed the **** as normal.

Benefits are a far more stable **** since the two spacers eliminate most movement during installation and the allen key tightening screws actually tighten against the spacer rather than into the metal of the shifter rod for a superior fit. No more scratching the rod just to get the MOMO **** tightened.

Just a suggestion if anyone has or is purchasing a MOMO automatic shift ****.
