Default Fiberglass bodykit

Hey guys,

what do you guys think of fiberglass bodykits, i am thinking of buying the Vertex bodykit for my 350Z, but I heard they break very easily, can you please let me know what you guys think.

yes, they break easily, good thing is that fg is easily repaired. If youve never had a bodykitted car before, prepare to have a bunch of scrapes and cracks. If youve been kitted before, then you know how to drive with one, so ur fg kit will last longer, all in all i say go for it, theyre pretty durable, not like ur gonna tap something and split it in half.

I have a wald kit which is FRP (fiberglass). Going through an intersection yesterday I bottomed out so hard I thought I lost my front bumper. Get to my destination and nothing but a few scratches. As long as you get quality - read that as NO REPLICAS -FRP will hold up.

Think about it this way, you shouldn't be running into stuff regardless of what the kit is made of.

What is FRP? and will the paint match exactly my color or not?

I think it stands for Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic my friend, its not a company and it still needs to be painted like any other body kit.

FRP is basically just fiberglass
