Default Cheap Body Kits..any experiences/problems

The Nismo replicas, the $250-350 ones on ebay..anyone bought and used these types of Body Kits? I know you get what your pay for and blah blah blah but just want to hear from experience. Also, if I get the kit, lip, rear bumper. side skirts, anyone know the cost to paint them..thanks

of course u get what u pay for, but other than that they are alright.. most likely it will come down to the body work. most of the time the kits donn't line up right and really have to work the kits in big time. you can get it to work no doubt! just u will pay wayyyy more to get it fitted, painted, and installed. hope this helps.
thanks,

The biggest problem is the structural integrity of the kit. Cracking and splintering after time.

like the others said the main problem at first is the fitting then comes the actual quality of the kit. I've found that if you get a good body kit you can install it yourself most of the time. But with poorly made body kits you have to bring it to a body shop where they will "make" it fit. Also most cheaper body kits use crappy fiberglass that is prone to getting busted up easily

Yep buy the O.G. kit they will fit better and less problems. The US nismo kit is pretty inexpensive i would just buy that one.
