Default Installation Advice on bodykits

How many of you guys payed to get you body kits installed?
How much? i need an estimate.

How many of you put your body kit on yourselves and had them painted by a shop?

I personaly will be buying a veilside version 3 kit which should have a great fit with little modification so i think i could prep it myself and have it painted at a local shop. Whats your opinion!!! pay a shop or do it myself?

(never installed a bodykit but i think i could figure it out)

Thanks in advance!!

from experience if you want to do it yourself. make sure you have a buddy to help you. I'ved put on my sides and greddy lip. it's easy to do but as far as a paint job goes make sure your not as cheap as me. cuz now i have to take the front lip to a different shop to be repainted. but it should be pretty easy to install it yourself if you have the right tools

Good fitment on rear bumper add ons and Side skirts are easy installs, I highly reccomend if you get full rear bumper or front bumper you take it to a shop. Iv'e installed all my own kits in past and you just can't get the waves out of front and rear bumpers yourself if your not HIGHLY EXPERIENCED. Sure you can make it fit but it wont look quite right no matter how much you pay for your kit. Seems like a bit of bondo and other things is all ways needed to keep it from looking wavy or pitted....if you need tips on how to install email me I can help you out quite a bit.
