Default Nismo Front Lip is ROCKIN...

I just bought the US Nismo wing and front lip. i'll also be installing the side markers as well while i'm at it. i plan on installing everything myself. wing installation is going to be easy. but was curious how to go about installing the front lip. is it better to take the bumper off completely since the lip needs to be screwed onto the bumper. or is it possible to do everything with the bumper on? suggestions would be appreciated. thanks.

I took the bumper off once and left it on another time. I suggest taking it off, much easier to manuver this way.
