Default Removeing paint....

Anyone know of something to remove paint that has been painted over stock paint? The paint is chiping now and all faded and looks like crap but the paint under it looks great. Just thought i would ask if theres something out here to remove the top layer of paint without messing the other paint under it . thanks..... EDGE

depending on what kinda material/surface area you're working with (metal/plastic etc.) you could damage the paint underneath as well.

If you just spray painted something, i've found that some nail polish remover and patience tends to get it off... but do it at your own risk!

good luck

dont think theres any way to remove just the top layer except for physical means. like going at it hard with wet sanding. any solvent will remove everything.
