How many watts do they draw?
I upgraded my 50 watt high-beams to 100 watts so I know that there's at least 50 watts worth of power in each high-beam to spare.
If your lights are less than 50 watts then you can tape into here. I'd use the 3M blue tap connectors. You'll need to tap into both the dark green/light green striped wire and the black wire. I'll leave it up to you how to route the wires out of the sealed head light area - but you have to seal this thing back up.
If you have a problem getting into the head light see this post.

WARNING: if you overload the circuit you may burn up the wires or the darn whole car.
