Default Removing Rear Bumper the Devils Child?

Ok i searched and searched and searched and cannot find any HOW TO REMOVE REAR BUMPER. All i found were post like this, asking how too.
So if someone could point me in the right direction, or explain to me how EXACTLY do i do it. Pictures would be awesome :P.
Basically gotta strip my car down to put on the new doluck kit, takeing off front, sides, and rear, and i know how to do the front and sides, just the rear is the ***** part.. and i dont wanna go there un prepared.
How hard is it to take off the rear? How long does it usually take?
Thanks guys.

It's not as bad as some people, who will revive a thread from 2003 to say "+1"

the FREE instructions might contain a pdf document that normally cost money to obtain, thats why.

It's pretty easy, but a pain. The locks on the corners are a pain in the azz to get off, and some of the locking parts are a pain too. Honestly, I'd pay somebody to take it off if you don't think you can do it. The material is easily stretched, but I'm sure people have gotten them off with no troubles.

Oh and the PDF manual actually sucks too, it doesn't explain how to take things off.

It basically says-remove tail lights, rotate lock with a screw driver (Didn't work for me) and shows you the bolt points. No tips.
