Kewl, I had no idea the leather shrunk to size when first installed. I figured it'd just get more saggy with time like the seats in my Explorer.

Like I said, I really like the interior job, I just hade reservations on the seats based on the wrinkles in the first pic. 1000 for install on both is great and if the seats really do "firm" up I'll be next in line for a pair.

Thanks for the info.

You may want to read back through the thread. I'm not sure where the $1,000 install number came from???????

Look at post #5 for install cost.

Sorry dood, didn't mean to confuse you. I Just rounded up the number in CervanteZ's post. Also, when I said "install" I guess I should have said "both seats and everything installed for under a 1000"...capiche?

I still think the interior job looks great (even if you are persnickity ) JK, to be honest, it's probably that kinda attention to detail that yealded such a fine cockpit in the first place.

post more pix...esp of your dash

Me write, I wish. It's funny, I don't have a musical bone in my body, but I love music. Just a taste of what I listen to:

Nirvana
NIN
AFI
RATM
White Stripes
Blink 182
Rob Zombie/White Zombie
Weezer
Bob Marley
Flaming Lips
Radiohead
Silverchair

I think $79, but I'm not sure. I'll try to look it up. If you don't see it on their website, you can call. Talk to Bill Coon, he'll know who you're talking about. I just ordered a couple more things from them the other day. Really good guys to work with.

***Just an update***

Got a couple of new BO items to add to the interior. I think I can finally say I'm done with the Burnt Orange. I've been waiting/wanting these items forever.....

Big thanks to Mike @ 350ZSource for getting these things from Japan. He was the ONLY guy able to do so.

Don't hesitate to check these guys out, I feel better about posting this link now, since they're a vendor here.....

Time to do some picture whoring.....lol

First up is the Nissan OEM Burnt Orange European brake assembly.....this is an option for the European market only:

And next, what I'm most excited about is my new BO steering wheel. This is from a Japanese Aftermarket manufacturer who uses the exact same material as Nissan. The craftmanship is out of this world. Been waiting on this jewel forever:

Any chance you have plans to do the center console? I just got mine back from Mike. It's a pain to install and I don't want to scratch it all up.

It's already done:

I didn't get my center console covered through Mike, my upholstering shop did it. And while it was a VERY snug fit after the fact....it gradually got better....now it's perfect. Go slow the first few times you close it, but it'll work itself out.

I thought I had posted the updated pics in this thread, but guess that was the audio thread....

Headliner and visors:

Rear hatch covered, with wiper motor hump shaved to make flat panel:

Hopefully get installed pics of the e-brake and steering wheel soon....

Buzz, looks great. Have any suggestions on how to get the bugger back in? I removed it so long ago I can't remember the best way to go about it. I believe the cover should be in the vertical position but it does not seem to grab.

Bare with me, but going off memory, it's just ubber tight getting back in. Wish I could be of more help, but I did the center console like last spring.
