I've tried searching forums and I can't seem to find a detailed step by step instruction on how to get to the reverse lights. It looks like my car came with a loose, right, reverse fixture from the dealership, and they dont want to fix it. I think it may just not have been screwed in properly from the factory so I don't think it would be too hard to fix. If someone could help me get to it from the inside so that i could add the missing screw, that would be great. Any help would be appreciated.

Take off the tail light housings... you will need a 10mm ratchet.

 

How do i get to the bolts that tighten the housings?? I'm guessing I have to remove some part in the trunk, but I just want to make sure i know which part i need to remove to get to them

 

There are some plastic covers over the bolts. Flip them out with a flat head screwdriver.

Use the ratchet to undo the bolts...

once all 3 bolts are out, pull the tail lights LATERALLY... that is, if you're on the RIGHT side of the car, pull the tail light to the RIGHT. (not backward)
