I got a great deal on one of these but the dealer quoted me 4 HOURS for the install. I read the instructions and they do seem a little difficult considering the slotted holes and fitment but 4 hours of work from a place that claims to have installed lots seems a bit excessive... If I had the time I bet I could do it in 2 tops with no body work experience…

Does anyone in the San Diego area have some recommendations on places to install it or on the actual labor cost as quoted from other dealers?

Also, I don't think I want to paint the lip, the raw black finish looks pretty nice to me. I am curious about anyone else having problems from not painting it. I would love to hear some of your experiences or advice.
