Answer,
1) yes, you call them and talk to online sales person. she is very nice and shipping is fast. i was really happy with order i made through them.

i prefer buying from performance nissan since they do very good job supporting us in this forum but back that time, leeparts.com was cheaper on the item price and shipping. also if you're in eastcoast, leeparts.com is cheaper and faster on shipping.

2) don't know. I ordered w/o painting.

I know of atleast four members of the 350ZUK.com
board who've used Leeparts including the paint service.
Nothing but good recommendations from everyone!
Paint match seemed to be perfect.

Hey guys, I appreciate the information.
I would use performance but the cost of shipping from performance to my doorstep is
about insane.
I once ordered a front lip from them and it cost like 275.00.
It cost 110 bucks just to ship it to me. Thats why I shy away from performance.
I got a quote back from leeparts and it seems that its going to cost 104 dollars to ship the sides, rear and front lip.
The paint work will cost about 450.
I dont think its that bad to get the nismo kit. It gives the car a really nice look.
What you all think?

We have recently found a way to ship Body Parts that is less expensive then before and still to your door! Please email us again for a new quote.

We have all of these parts in stock ready so thip.

We however do NOT paint body parts. The ones we have in the past arrive Scuffed and it is something that no matter how well we packed they got scuffed. It is something that is not covered by the freight company's so it ended up being a loss.

These parts are easy enough for any shop to paint. It is best for you to bring your car and leave the fuel door with the body shop to match the paint. We have about 10 different shades of Silver Stone Z's on our lot and they are all brand new! The paint wont match as well.

We are the largest NISMO parts dealer in the States.

Jason,
I completely understand what you are saying. Thats why I was asking.
I dont want to get scuffed up parts or anything like that.
The problem I have is that there is only like 2 body shops in my town and I wouldnt trust either of them as far as I could throw them. They both have bad reps and I would rather not do this project as to do it and then have it screwed.
From the above comments and from comments Ive seen before leeparts does a good paint match on the parts. I think they use the vindicator system as some do and the matches are fairly good.
I would love to buy from you guys but then Id still have to find someone to paint it that I trusted and thats just hard to do in my town.
Im still trying to get the best idea as to what i need to do.

Yeah, I have no experience with their Paint Work so I cant speak for that.

Maybe they pack up their parts in a different way to keep them from being scuffed.

But when you take the Front Lip box on its own with enough padding for an un-painted part. Its box dimentions are:

69x30x6 - 14lbs

If you put those into www.ups.com its pretty $$$$

My Nismo skirts came to me in the UK completely unharmed and the job is fantastic, and mine`s black
Chris Chessey in retail parts is a great guy and very easy to deal with.
Have to say also that Performance were also a pleasure to deal with

Lee painted our Nismo kit and it sucked! They claimed they lost their painter so I guess our kit was done by the oil changer??? Paint is pealing off the sideskirt. Wing base showed primer as well as front lip. Buy from Jason and have it painted.

You know... Most body shops no matter how "Good" or "Bad" their reputation is, infact all shop's that are either part of the BBB or care about their rep will stand behind their work...

Alot of shops guarantee their work and will fix it if things happen, paint bubbles, or if the paint doesnt match... You have every rite as a Paying consumer to get the service you paid for done correctly! And most credit card company's will get your money back if the shop does not perform to your standards...
