Opinions about the JDM Nismo style ebay spoilers

Looking to get a JDM wing, mainly because its cheaper than the nismo and will cover the holes from the stock spoiler. These spoilers have been on ebay for forever. If someone has had a good or bad experience from this let me know. Here are the 2 most common ebay nismo style spoilers.

USDM NISMO Spoiler is made out of the same urethane as the factory body parts... It also looks different then the JDM wing which is what the replica's are made after that you see on ebay...

the actual JDM NISMO Wing is Fiberglass... but there is a huge quality difference between replica fiberglass and fiberglass from NISMO / VEILSIDE / etc...
