Xenon Upgrade Problems

Xenon Upgrade Problems
The dealership is trying to install the Xenon upgrade in my base model and is having a tough time. They say that there is a problem with the wiring loom. They have had my car for over 7 hours. This is the OEM replacement. I wouldn't think that there would be a problem. Anyone ever run into this problem?

Well, I guess it couldn't be done...the 04 wouldn't except them. Its ok though because the dealership unwound the deal and put me into an Enthusiast model for the same price I bought my 04 base model!
