For those that have the V-1 wing did the wing come with threaded mounting posts molded/permently affixed to the wing or does the wing have like 4 threaded holes and you use threaded bolts for those holes that are in the wing to attach to the car?
If the posts are permently attached to the wing, did it come with a template for where to drill the holes on the hatch?
If they are peremently affixed and without a templete it seems like it would be a total bi%$# to figure out exactly where to drill the holes, assuming the posts are about 3" long.

there are 6 holes on the bottom of the spoiler..its not as easy as just measuring though...cuz of the curves on the trunk lid and where the holes have to be drilled...i used strips of construction paper...punched holes in them and taped them underneath the spoiler so the holes in the paper line up with the ones on the spoiler. then lay the spoiler where it is goin to go and tape the strips of paper on the trunk and carefully lift the spoiler off so the paper will pull off it and stay on the car and that shows where the holes mst be drilled.
Thank you both for your help.
Since there are no posts perminetly affxied to the wing, then I was thinking about using something like those sticky backed felt pad bumper stop things you use on kitchen cabinets to prevent the doors from slaming when you close them.
Stick those pads over the center of the holes on the wing, put a dab of 'white out' on the pads and set the wing on the car and where the felt pads touch the car and leave white paint behind, that should be where the holes need to go on the lid.
Or something along those lines.
