Default Has anyone painted their gauge cluster? (above steering wheel)

I've searched through threads now for 20 minutes and can't find any good pics or instructions.

I'm having my console painted PPW, and want to paint the "gauge pod" above the steering wheel to complete my interior.

Specifically, I'm wondering how hard it is to remove and disassemble this piece.

Anyone? TIA!

its not hard just takes some time...u have to take all the plastic off from underneath the dash under the steering wheel...when u get all that off there are 4 bolts that hold the cluster on and then just unplug it...then u just have to figure out how it all come apart...once u get the gauges off the steering column its easy to take it all apart.
