What's going on guys. I recently purchased a veilside version 1 wing from everything nissan infiniti of scottsdale arizona. When i recieved the box today and opened it, there was only the wing, with no paper work from veilside, no veilside emblem or anything. I payed a **** load of money and am wondering if anyone who purchased the same wing got any of those materials with the package. Please let me know so i can get this **** figured out.

There should be a veilside logo on the actual wing itself. I bought a CF version from Intensemotorsports awhile ago and it too had no paperwork tso dont let that startle you. The logo is black and should be on the back portion of the wing that attaches to the hatch where the nissan hamburger would have been.

Hey guys there is NO VEILSIDE EMBLEM on the back. I am starting to get worried now because my car was supposed to be done this weekend. This is going to screw everything up. I contacted the company and they said they will find out everything on monday. It looked really suspicous because the box was a wings west box and the wing wasn't bubble wrapped or anything. It was just thrown in their.

 

they dont come in a Veil Side box...

you just get a wing and have to box it up...

They dont include the emblem...

it should say Veilside underneith the wing...

 

It doesn't say Veilside underneath the wing. I will post pics of the wing later today. I am boiling inside. My car is supposed to get out of the shop THIS WEEKEND. I love dealing with everything nissan, but this is unacceptable. I waited 2 weeks to get the damn thing, which was supposed to be real, and now it's an f-ing replica.

 

they have replica version 1 spoilers? ive been lookin for a cheaper one for awhile...

 

i got one a while back and it came in a greddy exhaust box, with a paper plate thrown in there too. it had no paperwork, i dont think it says veilside anywhere on the piece itself and the emblem should be in a separate plastic bag. i guess the place i bought it from just threw it in a box they had laying around and stuffed mad foam in there too. But that one ended up being cracked and i had to get a replacement from veilside, and that one did come in a box that said veilside all over it. Oh and i also had to wait almost 3 months for a replacement so waiting 2 weeks like u aint too bad...considering how long i ad to wait...

 

It doesn't come with one ( emblem )? So I take it I paid extra for that lol. Well that sucks I didn't even want it

 

I am thinking that there should be some kind of verification that the wing is a true veilside wing. I would assume that they should trademark it somewhere on the wing. I don't know, but the wing looks a little fishy.

 

Yeah sounds like it. I cant exactly yank mine off and check under it but mine was bubble wraped and in a intense motorsports box upon receipt. Plus even if it was an additional charge it came with the emblem to give me a sense of security I guess.

 

i found out that it is authentic, but now i opened it and the f-ing thing is broken. They said it would be 3 weeks before i can get another one. IF THERE IS ANY VENDOR ON THIS WEBSITE THAT CAN GET A VERSION 1 FOR 671 SHIPPED ASAP PLEASE LET ME KNOW AND IT'S SOLD. HERE'S SOME PICS!!!!!

It looks authentic except for the screws they used for the upper portion of the wing. It is suppose to be a allen key type screw...that is unless Veilside changed it. I really wanted this wing. But after recieving 2 wings that didn't fit, I gave up. Good luck.

yeah it's broken, I am returning the F-ing thing. I ordered another one from intensemotorsports.

 

I ordered mine from Intense and it was perfect , those pics look scary. Also the fiberglass wing flexes badly so you should pay the extra $100 bucks and get the carbonfiber one..otherwise youre going to be pissed off when you put the fiberglass wing on and it'll flex badly at speeds above 40mph. Just something to look out for.

 

So much for Veilside quaility huh?
