Default Q: Full internal LED change...

Im curious as to how hard it is to change every dash light there is to lets say red or blue... like inlay lights, radio lights, gauges, etc..... ive seen a pic and thread of an inlay conversion and radio but cant find it...

if you are good with a soldering iron it wouldn't be hard, its just a long and tedious process

I did this about a month ago....I don't have any pics yet, NO CAMERA! All in all, the process took me about 1 Week. I worked off and on whenever I had time. I must tell you that you must be very careful. I shorted out my damn main cluster and it cost me about $700 to get new one with mileage programed right. Other than that it is fairly easy if you can solder. All I can say is it is worth the hassle but BE CAREFUL!

ok another question, ive been looking on speedhut.com at custom gauges... if i wanna replace the stock gauges in the dash is there anyway i could just change the color on the digital gauge to match the color i will choose for the other gauges? or should i just get a pillar and install them there and keep stock gauges?

I was only able to change the color of the smaller digital speedometer. The odometer was a problem which led to me shorting out the main cluster, so I left it orange. Will try again later in the year when I can save up some $$$ to cover my @$$ if I mess up again.
