Default Question for those who have dealt with Veilside product faults

Alright I currently have a Veilside product that I intend on installing on my car. Since receiving it almost a year ago from a vendor I have kept it in a climate controlled storage room. Upon receipt I inspected it and saw what I considered to be some cracks along the lines here it would be sealed. A local body ship told me that was no prob that when the time came they could address it. Now having viewed some dificulties some on this forum have had with their Veilside products I'm thinking this is something that I should not consider to be acceptable. I understand a few of you have been bale to have your product replaced by Veilside but am concerned I am outside the window of such a courtesy. Who should i approach with this? The vendor or Veilside directly. I am hoping to adress this as soon as possible. Thanks for any advice.

Considering you waited a year you will probably get no help at all.

If u are goin to try to get a replacement now, i would go directly to veilside cuz i tried to go through the dealer when it first happened and they didnt help much but veilside was really good at takin care of it. It is a long time to wait but they may help u so i say go straight to veilside cuz they are the ones that made it.
