Questions on clarence of SEIBON VS hood?

I just ordered the SEIBON VS hood and was wondering if anyone knew if it will clear my CUSCO Strut bar. I used search but coulden't find anyone that had a CUSCO Strut bar and a SEIBON VS hood.
