Default Finaly removed rear wiper assy.

Finaly removed rear wiper assy. Wanted to do this since day one! Finaly found what I wanted to complete the removal. Just wanted to share this with you guys.

Steps:

1. remove plastic cap from base of wiper arm
2. remove nut off of wiper arm
3. gently pry up on wiper arm while releasing tension on front of arm
4. set aside all parts thus far
5. open hatch and gently pry on plastic hatch cover until you hear the plastic plugs pop free. pull gently until all are free and cover is away from hatch
6. wiper assy. will now be exposed. Remove three nuts holding assy.
7. cap off wiper hole with product of your choice?
8. Estimated time 20 to 30 mins

you should also remove the rear fluid nozzle and to cover the holes go to homedepot and go to the plumbing section and get a sink hole cover or go to the bolts and nuts section and get a hole cap. Paint both to match your car.

Yep, they have a threaded shaft and a plastic nut that holds it from underneath. I sealed mine with a small amount of aquarium silicone to ensure against leaks; it'll pull right off if I need it to.

Still haven't figured out how to get the damned rear washer nozzle of...
