well ill answer it anyway.........
yes, wire one wire to the positive of the parking lights and the other wire to the positive(YES positive) of the turn signals.
they will stay on and blink alternately when the lights are on

Without relay? please explain...
If I want to have my led on with parking light and blink when turn signals are activated, how do I do that without relay or do I have to have relay?
Thanks.

no relay needed
Wire just as i said above....................the LED's have 2 wires coming from them.
Wire one to the + of the parking lights
Wire the other wire from the LEDs to the + of the Turn signal, and BAM! its done
easy stuff.
with the lights off, the turn signal and side markers will blink at the same time, with the lights on, they will alternate(llooks cool)
I have the side markers on my avenger wired the same way, try it, its safe and really does work

they WILL blink on the same side of the car as the turn signals..........so it looks like you have two turn signals
They wil just blink one after the other and not syncronized. trust me when i say it looks cool.
and this works with any kind of lights. My Avenger has regular bulbs.
If yo uknow how electricty works it makes sense. All you are doing is opening and closing a circuit. With the lights off and the blinkers on the blinker opens the circuit. With the lights on-blinkers off, it opens the circuit, when you turn you blinkers on with the lights on it closes the circuit.
maybe I'm not explaining it right..........someone go try it! I guarantee it really does work, no relays, diodes, or anything, just wire them up.

hmm, I can understand that if you wire one lead to the + of parking light and the other wire to the + of turn signal, it might work when you are not using the turn signal, it will act like common ground. But what if you have the parking light on and turn signal on at the same time? it will be + on both leads, how does it get ground?
I would try it, but I am waiting for my LED in the mail
Thanks for explaning...

as mentioned above... LEDs are diodes.. they only allow current flow in one direction. in other words, if hooked up backwards, they DO NOT WORK.
eric's instructions would not work on LEDs.. just regular incandescent (sp?) bulbs.
you dont have to believe me, but i would buy 2X the LEDs if you plan on doing this. you will break them! LEDs do not have a high reverse current tolerance, as say a 6amp regular diode.
you could take it from someone who has done this on their Z.... or someone who did something similar, but not exactly, on thier avenger.

Another option for some of you is to pick up a trailer light conversion kit for like $7-$10. This will allow the led's to be on when your lights are on and flash with your flashers. It is also one module instead of two relays. Do what you want but dont send power to both ends of the led it will not last.

The new Nissans puzzle me because I don't sense an actual
turn signal relay. It seems like it's a solid state device.
I installed LED turnsignals up front for a few days and I got
the "hyper-blinker" effect. When I turn on hazard lights,
the signals blink normally.
I know that one must install a load resistor to fix to fool
the flasher into thinking there's an incandescent
light bulb.
I am planning on getting some Luxeon amber LEDs and
make my own turnsignals after ripping the APC
LEDs out of the plastic bulb base. These LEDs were
horrible, and my prototype using regular 6000mcd
amber LEDs were brighter.
My next project will be making the turn signal bulbs
and fitting amber/white LEDs into the clear bumper
reflectors. Look forward to Spring '03.
