Somewhere in that million page thread you or Cal posted the sample with the oil bleeding and said that is why you were having second thoughts about producing the lip in urethane. I'm not out to attack you guys or anything. I was just using it as an example of the quality you get when you buy knockoff parts.

Hello, I'm the Original Poster, here it is:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/03-04...spagenameZWD1V

That is the Kaminari lip. I'm guessing it's a replica because it says "KM style". Anyone have any experience with this replica? It says they garuntee it to be PU...

If I were to get it new an original and in Canada, it would cost me $510CDN / $435USD.

If I were to buy it from ebay as a replica, it would be $180usd + $120usd shipping to Canada + $50usd tax and brokerage fees at the border = $350usd / $410CDN

basically, it saves me around $100. That's why I was asking is it worth it, is it worth it to save $100. Is it worth it to buy a $510CDN original lip?

No spend the extra and get the OG. For $100 its worth the piece of mind and will be backed by kaminari, plus it will fit.

If you go with the ebay replica your taking your chances. It will cost way more then $100 for the body shop to correct the problems if it a bad replica.
