They are so bright, i hit my brakes and people instantly stop cuz them come on so fast. Also i can see their face lit up in my rearview if they are close enough haahahh.

 

Yup... thats why by 2007 / 2008 all new cars must have LED tail lights...

 

I have a few pics of the taillights, not the greatest though
1st has the passenger side led, driver side factory bulb, no brake applied
2nd is the same but from inside the car
3rd is self explanatory
4th is both leds lit up in my garage.

The new taillights are a lot "redder" so I'll be getting them semi-smoked soon

Great pics JPsZ and BhashaZ, really shows off the brightness of the led's. Still waiting on my JDM's.

Amit, looking good, lookin good. What are you doing "smoke" wise? I heard that the 06 tailights have a white or red plastic underneath, whereas the pre-05 ones had black plastic so they looked darker.

Let me know your impressions and if they are worth it not.

Thanks. And you're right about the red plastic, which is what causes the lights to look redder versus the previous ones having black plastic causing the lamps to look darker. Having said that, the two options are to go with Bat's 3/10 overlays or to get them painted. Since the 3/10 isn't dark enough (and the 6/10 is too dark), I'm going to get them painted/smoked by my body shop. It's going to be very subtle though--nothing too drastic. I'll be doing this once I get my kit in, which of course is taking forever...

The taillights themselves are great, and once they're tinted, they'll look better. I'm also tinting my rear bumper lenses as well. But I'll let you know how it goes.

We have a few sets of clear LED tails that should be here any day now...

There are already orders placed on our web site for them, so if you do not have an order for the Clear LED's, we dont have an eta yet..
