Default Quick HID question....

I have a base model Z with non HID lights. If I pick up HID's from like a touring model or something will they just plug and play or will it be a pain in the *** to install?

If you buy the HID's from another Z, it would require the whole headlight housing that encloses the ballast and ignitors. The bulbs that go into the HID equipped Z's will not project a clean line on the base housing.

Base reflector= H7
HID equipped= D2R or something like that.

If you're buying the whole headlight assembly then you are fine.

Otherwise, I'd recommend just retro-fitting an H7 Hid kit into your existing reflector housing on the base Z.
