h7 harness?? positive negative????

could anyone help me out ? I'm hooking up a set of hid's and i don't know which color on the factory harness is positive and which is negative.

Based on this diagram, the grounds (negative) are the blacks and the colored wires are positive.

yea that's the diagram i have but the harness has grey and pink. i guess i should take it as black red??
