As a whole the car looks aggressive and I like it buuuuut I aint feeling the rear or the Bubba Gump lip. The sides are perfect...Its got an aggressive front and a wimpy rear. It should have a rear treatment like that red Z with the mesh by the exhaust pipes[dont remember the name of the kit]and a diffuser in the middle to finish the race look...just my 2pence.

overall appearance.. awesome
my suggestion, since this is a prototype:
front lip is probably 1-2" too long.. ya dont need it that far out to get the front downforce you're looking for.
add a pair of near LEVEL canards, and you've got your self a winnah.
side skirts: Winnah!
rear: eh.. i can see how they're trying to incorporate a rear diffuser in the slant angle/shape.. but i can see how that rear of the tire might catch some air since it sticks out some what..
overall. pretty cool
