Default Trunk Partition

Probably get a lot of mixed opinions on this one but I thought I would show you a partition that I got from:

http://www.350zpartitions.com/

I find it to be really useful as it gives me 2 separate compartments in the trunk.

The one right behind the seat is perfect for storing stuff that I like to leave in the car and the one that is accessible from the rear is for short term storage like groceries and such.

You do lose the use of the net because this partition snaps in front of the clips.

The carpet they use is identical to what is on the floor but the picture does not quite do it justice because of the sun angle when I took this picture.

Oh yeah - I also think it makes the interior rear of the car look very finished.

You can order it in leather and with/without the Z logo.
You can see from the photo that 'maybe' I went overboard on the logo because there are 4 Z's showing in the picture but I never noticed it to be that obvious in the 'real world'

I have no financial interest in the company.

I like the look and idea of it but with the trunk already being so small dont know if I could afford to lose more space.

Thanks for the opinion - that is my thinking also.

The partition is 100% covered in carpet and is perfectly symmetrcial so all I have to do is turn it around to not have the Z show.

I just did it today so I am going to give myself a week before I turn it around to see which I like better.

BTW, It is a really snug fit as I had to really smack it in with using my fist like a hammer.

I like the idea of tossing my 'junk' behind the seat and not have to worry about it looking messy or flying all over the place.

What is nissans deal with gold clubs? Just got my 06 yesterday and noticed the sticker on the back hatch about how to fit 2 sets of golf clubs properly and was reading the manual and noticed it in there too. I guess they think the only people that buy them are golfers.

How heavy is it? According to the web site, it's made from 1/2" MDF, which is fairly heavy.

Also, does it reduce road noise from the rear of the car?

Thx.
