Default Ahhhhh Someone help. I need to remove the Gas Pedal!!

I'm trying to install the medal pedals on my car and I'm getting freaking frustrated. How do you remove the gas pedal?
I removed the brake and clutch ones easy but I can't get the new ones to slip on. Someone please give me an easy way to install these because it's getting to be a pain in my ***.

Well I finally got the brake and the clutch pedal on. Now I have to figure out how this gas pedal comes off.

If I remember correctly, there is a little clip you have to pop off the back side of the pedal. Then the pedal will slide off to the side. You install the new pedal and reinstall the clip back. I'm pretty sure I used a smallish screwdriver to pop the clip.

Hope that helps - mecinoid

did you get an OEM kit? If so then your kit should come with a rubber clip. given you have that you'll need to take a razor and cut off the existing rubber clip which is holding your stock pedal in place. then just pull the pedal off the lever. then stick your new pedal on that same lever, push it into place and use the new rubber clip to mount the back of the pedal. do a search as I recently did a write up on this.

Yes, OEM kit. Thanks for the tip. I will try that.
