Once you have de-badged the "350Z" off the rear of the car can it be put back on, say maybe when selling it down the road? And same thing with the rear wiper removal, I assume it is not too difficult to put it back on down the road?

 

Yes. The wiper is easy and the "350Z badgecould be done with new adhesive or just buy a new one to put on (comes on a backing with the characters properly spaced so you get them on right).
