I dont know much about roll bars....does any one think that it would be a good idea....or even neccessary....or maybe just some racing seats with the bars attatched at the top....

I have a silverstone Z...and want to put in red seats...red leather shifter boot...and have my steering wheel re-done in red leather with black stiching......I think that would look really good.

 

Roll bars are only needed if you have a convertible you don't need a roll cage unless you run the 1/4 mile in under 12 seconds.

 

Dont know bout you guys..but by summer I intend to be damn close to 12 or less on the 1/4 strip. (of course....that all hinges on the development of some S/C or Turbo kits....)

No I really dont know anything about roll bars, thats why I was asking but after thinking about it I think it would take away from the apperance of the interior...so I'll just go with some nice red sparco seats...

 

I think VQ meant to simply have a roll bar for appearance. A good bar will tighten up the body even more though.
