I've got tons of Nismo accesories and I have the NISMO exhaust and sway bars. I had the NISMO intake but I was fuking around one day and bought a Vortech so I had to lose it. Left the stickers there because people know its me with them on.

I got lucky when I put it on that it didn't need adjusting left or right. The latch needs to be adjusted though up and down so you don't have to slam the crap out of your hood and risk future webbing. That takes like 5 minutes.

I haven't seen an issue with the water then again it doesn't pour in Albuquerque all the time. I thought it fit perfect with no issue. The vents clearance doesn't interfere with anything.

Just played with it and got lucky on the latch adjustment. I guess its not 100% perfect but for aftermarket its pretty damn good. Most wouldn't even know that its not 100% pefect and its not enough to bother me.

You can adjust the left to right gaps easy. I think its two bolts on each side that connect the hood to the body of the car. Loosen them there and make your adjustment. Alot easier if you had some one to help. I got lucky the first time I tried to align it. Hope this helps if not I'll take some pics.
