Hey guys just ordered the nismo shift **** (Carbon Fiber) loved how it looked, its coming in sunday so....
How do i take the other one out is there a trick to it?

 

what year is ur car?
if its 03 take the shifter out and base ball bat it
if its 04+ u should beable to twist off

 

i don't think you can just twist it off. well, you can but you gotta use some counterforce at the stem of the ****. i remember seeing a thread for this. i suggest you check that out before you do anything. good luck!

 

So I checked the threads about the Shift ****, well figured out that all they were talking about was the 03. Well i got an 05 and I dont think it will be the same like jvanquish posted. So if anybody knows just post what you think

Just twist. Some Zs have more resistance than others. Make sure if it takes more effort you twist at the stem and you shouldn't have any trouble. One of the easiest things to take off the Z actually.
