Here's mine with Nismo sides and a V1 urethane lip. I personally like the V1 because its rounded and goes better with the lines of the car (which I don't think is that "sharp"). I also think it goes better with the Nismo sides vs. the normal Nismo lip...again because of the "roundedness". It doesn't sit low, but you WILL scuff it from time to time (just like the normal car), and fiberglass doesn't like it. Whichever you get, make sure it's urethane!

Go Veilside.....here's why:
While the Nismo front lip looks nice, I feel like the front corner edges stick out a little too far giving you a "flat plate" look that I don't particularly care for. The V1 has more of a rounded and tapered front corner that nicely accent the lines of the stock vehicle. In fact, I think the V1 front goes better with the Nismo sides than does the Nismo front. Again, this is because the Nismo sides give you two rounded bulges that match better with the rounded edges of the V1 verses the harsher angles of the Nismo front lip. To complete out the rear, again, the V1 rear gives a subtle yet finished appearance to the rear as opposed to the Nismo pieces in the rear which definitely have a "glued on" look to them.
In summary, front alone....V1. Full treatment......V1 front, Nismo sides, V1 rear.
