Looks just like my B-cool billet grille I put in last weekend...Did it come with 4 L-brackets? If so, you have to completely cut out the stock grille and mount the L-brackets on the sides of the 2 plastic panels behind the stock grille, then the billet grille screws to them. Took about an hour with a friend helping.

Yeah, I used a handheld hacksaw blade and carefully cut each rib as short as possible and then went in with a Dremel tool and hand file to get the little stubs out. I used a couple layers of duct tape on the bumper edges that I wanted to protect from scratches.

Then you attach the "L" brackets to the grill and have someone hold grill in the center of the hole while you mark the holes to be cut on the inside of the black plastic blank panels on either side of the grill's opening.

Take the "L" brackets off, drill the holes, run the nuts/bolts and then attach the "L" brackets into the car. Now mount the grill to the waiting "L" brackets.
