I ordered the AUT eyelids and I ended up sending them back because the back of them was really rough fiberglass, is that how those DB painted ones are on the back or are the really smooth??

Reverse side is very smooth. Our eyelids are hard pressed double side molding. Very simillar to dry carbon. The smoother reverse side is, the better they'll hold. You don't want them to fly off during high speed. I'll post pics.
