Default how do i install this stupid billet grill?

Hi. Just got a billet grill for my 2003 350z from billetamerica. here is the link to the product i got http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2003-...spagenameZWDVW

well i got it in the mail today and it won't install. What I did was open the hood, place the grill over the old grill and center it, then i took the nuts and tried to screw it in from the inside of the hood but the nuts only let me screw in about a 1/2" only. Anyone install this type of grill before?

Wow that's one expensive grill! Maybe the vendor gave you the wrong sized screws? Just go to Home Depot and get shorter ones... should solve your problem.. good luck.

thanks i did that and problem solved. it does seem like they sent the wrong screws. they gave me the locknuts so after a few turns it locks up so i just went ahead and bout some that didn't have lock nuts. now it installed easily and looks beautiful. i'll post pics up as soon as i get my leather seats installed and i have a chance to wash/wax the car.

Some close-up pics! What's the quality? From the small picture, it looks like it doesn't have a frame around it, is that true? If so, can you bend the end of the bars easily, or is it heavy duty?
