Fitment was better on the second set, although they still had some quality issues. Saw online here that they were or are going out of business, don't know if that is true or not, website is still up.

BTW, I lived at Fort Davis near Colon for >3 years, my son was born at Gorgas Hospital in November of 1991. His birth is registered in Colon. We are considering moving to Panama in a few years. How is the economy right now?

Frankly, you won't recognise the place (Panama City that is). The old airport in the city is gone and a huge luxery shopping mall has taken it's place. Behind the mall, they have done a land fill and they are building luxery flats there, from my office I can see more than 10 towers going up. They're also going to built 2 towers that will be the 2 largest of South and Central America right here in Panama City. The Cause Way is now a tourist place with restaurants, disco's and shops. Several marinas have been build. There are very nice resorts at the beaches now. Colon City, however, is still a dump, maybe even more than before.
Let me know when you want to come down and if you need some help. (immigration/residency etc...)
