So I waited more than 2 weeks to get some 7443 halogen bulbs. And guess what, they send me 7440 single filament bulbs! Even after I had emailed them and called them, specifying exactly what I wanted. They just jovially said that everything will be fine. I know that the 7440 single filament bulbs will physically fit into the 7443 socket, but I'm not interested in losing OEM function. They refuse to refund my money.

I filed a claim with paypal, but it says that this claim doesn't meet their dispute criteria. I don't get it....I ordered a product, called them up myself, and they still sent me the wrong item 17 days later. What's the problem?

Lesson to self. Don't pay with paypal funds. At least if I had paid with visa, I could still go after these monkeys. The other problem is that they're in Canada (wouldn't know this from their website), so BBB probably won't work either. Buncha crooks..

What's crazy is that over the past 3 months, I was able to finish 99.9% of a quad projector retrofit project with TSX and TL projectors, CCFLs in the clearance strip, functional high beams, yet trying to replace the stock halogen 7443 bulbs with chrome amber ones has been the most troublesome part!
