Help, What is this? pleases

I'm sorry but I can't figure what bumper this is. Anyone know? I thought it was Vertex but the Vertex seems much wider than the bumper in this photo? thanks for any help.

I thought the vertex looked alot more like a "widebody"?I don't know, but thanks for the help fellas.
