As soon as my custom wheel gets in I'll put up pics. It's basically a recovered stock steering wheel that I got off ebay but it'll hopefully look nice

is it legal to swap out steering wheels for street use? if cars come with airbags and you take them out, is there some type of law on that?

What are the options if we don't wish to lose the airbag?

Thanks,

Ravi

There is a Nismo wheel with the airbag. BUT it is like $600 or more. Do a search in the threads.

Agree, it looks nice and I want to get rid of mine (no need for cruise anymore) but $700 is WAY too much in my mind. Unfortunately we do not have any other options with airbags and I am not ready to give those up on my roadster.
I already got rid of the side impact bags with my new seats, I need that last one in front of my face.

you will need wheel hub for aftermarket anyway. So just pop in the aftermarket when you go for car show then take them out later. That will taking care of your concern about airbag.
