The price of the bumper is $1589.50 and shipping will range from $95-$120.
Yes this bumper should fit 03-06.
FRP is not ideal for daily driving, we highly recommend investing in a clear bra for this bumper if you daily drive your car and plan on putting this bumper on.

It will fit 2003-2006 350Z
You do loose your side reflectors... Check your local laws...
Fiberglass Renforced Plastic... Light and strong... Genuine NISMO Bumper to ensure Perfect Factory Fit... (no replica here)...
Downsides to fiberglass... It does not flex very well, if you brush a curb, it will chip / crack / possibly shatter depending on what you hit etc... But, NISMO fiberglass is suprisingly strong compared to Replica fiberglass... do NOT compare a factory NISMO Fiberglass bumper / Veilside Fiberglass etc with Replica Bumpers... The quality is like night and day...
If your car is not totally slammed then you will not have problems with this bumper if you drive carefully...

I hope there is a template somewhere for where to drill, i didnt see one but i havent upacked everything yet, dosent look like there are any markings in the back of the bumper from those pics Andy posted (i havent removed the protective packaging from my bumper yet).
Here are some pics of the canards:
