Default Veilside V1 sides

Does the Veilside V1 sides sit lower than the OEM mud flaps? How about the V1 lip. How much lower will they both be?

I don't believe the sides sit any lower than the splash gaurds (I don't have them yet, though). The lip does not sit lower than the factory plastic under-spoiler, but it sticks out more, which makes it more succeptable to scrapes. My Z is lowered slightly on Nismo suspension and I have to be pretty careful not to scrape the lip, but it isn't too bad. As far as lips go, it's one of the milder ones; just be sure to get the urethane.
