Why paid $3000 for Ing+1 when you can get replica for $200
my 2 cents, For $200 and the hookup with labor you got a deal, good for you! However, being fiberglass I would never put it on my car. Polly-Urethane is the only wary to go, replica or not. If your ride is dropped the first time you scrape or hit, you may as well toss that kit cuz it just split/cracked.
not necessarily....i've scraped fiberglass many times without cracking....

I didn't say it was absolutely terrible to BUY a replica. I basically shook my head since you implied that you condone using people just to steal their ideas. That just sounded really wrong to me. But hey, do what you gotta do.
BTW, I bought an authentic ings half kit in hybrid aero for around $1200 shipped. Sure, its not cheap as a replica, but I think its a reasonable price

if you show your car, name brand goes a long way.
if you race, parts break. body pieces are always getting trashed.. they get scratched/chipped/cracked... having to buy namebrand new parts each time gets old real fast... especially on a limited budget.
you should do what you can afford.

I have the Do-Luck kit and hit a boulder going 45mph. The kit suffered some damage, but if it had been polyurethane, it would have cracked and I'd have been SOL because it's not repairable.
I'm glad I went with Fiberglass. Both have their advantages and disadvantages.

it seems people that don't have bodykit always assume fiberglass is really easy to crack. The best solution is just stick to your OEM. Don't even think about bodykit regardless of fiberglass or polyurethane. Also, with polyurethane, you can't repair them. Just like CF stuff.
I used both replica and authentic fiberglass kit and they both hold up pretty good. My car is very low and it is my daily drive (26,000 miles in one year) People that live in North CA would tell you how f-up of freeway 101 (rock and pothole EVERYWHERE) Both of my replica and authentic bumper still good. It is all in your driving skill. Don't blame the kit if you drive so shiety.
