Default Why paid $3000 for Ing+1 when you can get replica for $200--PIC INSIDE

To prove the theory of "you get what you pay for" is not always right. We bought a replica Ing+1 from Ebay for $197 and install on a Red ZR. Fitment is 97% fit. The 3% different is from the rear bumper (minor adjustment for the trunk release hatch.

We bought it here:

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...3AAAQ%3AUS%3A1

Paid the seller $100 for local pickup. This $100 is the offset for the kit since he try to avoid the ebay fee. We have no problem with this. Total for this kit is $297

The car is at Tommy AutoBody for paint job. We will pick them up tomorrow. More detail picture will be posted.

True.

Authentic Ing+1: $3000
Initial D (replica): $1200
Ebay replica: $200

Can't beat that.

Good to hear you had a pleasant ebay experience and came out on top. I'm always skeptical of things that are "too good to be true". Make sure you post pice once it's painted and mounted!

you need to call the body shop and tell the owner (Mr. Gia) that Alex send you down. He will take good care for you.

quality is also good. It made of 7-layer high quality fiber glass, gel-coated, they are light weight and flexible. Check out picture later.

Even though, I would pay more for ABS Plastic or Polyurethane.

hopefully the paint gets a good grip on it, some aftermarket kits don't hold paint well.

Definetly through up some pics when it is out of the shop. Depending on how yours look. I might just order this kit.
