Default Question about NISMO

1) How many types of NISMO body kits are there?
Is the R-tuned the only one/most known?

2) Where can I find it? Can I do it through the dealer or do I have to buy stock, then convert?

3) How much will it cost? Overall, shipping, installation, product, everything...?

4) Does anybody here have it? Can you please tell me if you like it?

Okay, this is what I know... it is not that much, so someone correct me if I'm wrong please.

1) How many types of NISMO body kits are there?
Is the R-tuned the only one/most known?

There are 2 kits I believe. The R-tuned has the vented hood. The other does not. I am not sure if both kits are the same with the exception of the hood, I didn't look into it much, since I'm not plannin on gettin my z for a while.

Here's one of them.

2) Where can I find it? Can I do it through the dealer or do I have to buy stock, then convert?

Hmm... I am not sure if Japanparts is one of My350z's sponsors, but I have seen other people refering to them in their posts.

Buy stock, then convert.

3) How much will it cost? Overall, shipping, installation, product, everything...?

Pricing is in the previous links also.

4) Does anybody here have it? Can you please tell me if you like it?

This is a great thread, nice pics and information about the install. No info about install price, since it was a custom job. There was another thread describing approximate installation cost ranges, can't find it now though..... sleepy

Hope that helps.

Sammy,

As Himura mentioned, there are two kits.

S-Tune
R-Tune

sdpearso (Black) and SKiDaZZle (Daytona Blue) have the S-Tune kit.

The R-Tune has some parts made of CF. Don't know which pieces. Maybe just the hood. Graham at Japanparts can probably find out.

Cool.

Now, do either the S-tuned or R-tuned kits come with brakes/suspension/rims/tires? Or is it just the outer body work?
