So what do you do when it happens? File a police report then call the city street/sanitation for a check? Please enlighten us with the correct way to handle this.

 

Call cityhall and complain and take pictures

In California we have an organization which maintains our roads and we complain to them. If you know the organization in your state which does that too, go them directly
