Shaved Door Handles?

ive shaved the handles on 2 of my 4 cars. my first bug and my s10. both show cars and let me tell you. always worrying about haveing a good battery in your remote, worrying about dead car batterys and a back up system. and on top of that, when you shave it, anyone with a hanger can break in unless you shield the wire. and on top of that, the car needs the handles, too plain without.

I actually like the look of the door handles. I admit on the black they do contrast heavily, perhaps painting them a dark gunmetal would be better.

After reading your guys input, im going to keep them for now... besides im eyeing a new bodykit and I rather spend my money there... plus a BBK

Only thing I worry about painting the door handles is if it starts to chip.

Knowing what those things can do makes them even more scary. Could you imagine waking up and seeing someone coming at you car with these.
