Default Stupid question about bumper removal - two inside rivets

Trying to remove my bumper for sidemarker install. There are supposed to be 6 rivets on the top of the front bumper right under the front of the hood, but on mine there are 4 rivets and 2 plastic screws it would seem. They are 1 piece plastic with slots for a phillips screwdriver and turning them does nothing. How the hell do I remove them?

Looks as though someone already removed the bumper and lost the OEM plastic clips, then replaced them with some different ones. You'll just need to pry them up some how.

must've been the dealer then, although that makes little sense... I'm the original owner of the car and have never removed the bumper... weird.

time to get the drill

That's a strange set up. Mine are 2 pieces, the bottom goes in then the second on is like a "Nail" that spreads out the prongs on the bottom piece when it's popped in. Someone else here said the dealer sells them but I've managed to take mine in and pull them out without screwing them up to badly. It's a pain if you have the air diversion panel.

Before you remove the bumper, read my other post. This procedure is easy:
